Care and Maintenance
Clean with any common nonabrasive, non-chlorinated household cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid using bleach or other oxidizing cleaners. Store flat and supported. Avoid temperatures above 120 degrees F. Product should be stored inside and out of direct sunlight. Product color will naturally age with time.
Fabrication
Cutting may be done with common wood working materials. Tungsten carbide tipped tools are recommended. A triple chip saw blade with a high tooth count (100 tooth) and a 0 degree Hook (Rake) angle should be used for cutting. (Available from RKO Saw in Cullom, IL (Phone: 800-926-6655)).- A 3/8" diameter two fluted router bit for seams should be used.
- For drilling a bit with a 60 degree angle is preferred.
- Any adhesive that can be used with a nonporous material is suitable . If attaching to a board Chemique Adhesives product #: XP1880 (parts A&B) is good. A two-part polyurethane works well and a 100% silicone RTV is also a good choice. Avonite glue is another good choice.
Finish guide
Product can come pre- finished if no further sanding will be required. Otherwise the following sanding procedures may be performed:P Grit System

- Sequence=100M, 80M, 60M, Burgundy Scotch Brite (Matte Finish)

- Sequence=Dark to Light (Range of Finishes)

- Sequence=120Net, 180Net, 220 Net, 320 Net, 1000Lon, 2000Lon, 4000Lon (Gloss Finish)
